Perhaps you had no idea you’re experiencing limiting behavior, fear, or self-sabotage. Maybe you find yourself in a repeating negative pattern no matter what you do. not want, you must build from what you do have. However, you already

When the hypnotherapist gently sets aside your conscious mind you will
access your subconscious mind.
Depending on the change work you desire, I will either make suggestions to you that your subconscious mind will act upon to bring about the desired outcome, or I will ask your subconscious mind for information and facilitate the journey or lesson the subconscious is leading you through. Either way, nothing can induce you to do anything contra to your own values and ethics. You will be aware of what is happening and you will be in full control at all times.
Regressions
A regression can be used as a tool to determine where a negative pattern or behavior has come from. Or it may reveal the basis of negative relationships. Regressions can be used to find an issue or to eliminate one. Age regressions move back
in your past through your subconscious memory to illuminate the event and one’s perceptions of it. Many times you may have forgotten this event(s) or your subconscious may have deliberately protected you from it’s trauma. If a block or trauma predates this lifetime, we can go back to the source in a Past Life Regression.
Fears are the result of programming in this life or past lives. They are delusions, tapes that run again and again in our minds. Regressions or hypnosis programming can free you from your fear-based self. The step of recognition is vital as you can’t change what you don’t recognize. Often after a regression a client will see the fear or behavior fade simply because it doesn’t apply to this lifetime. The same can be said of some unexplainable discomforts.
